Terms And Conditions Of Use
Your order will be sent by first class post or a better service. Our standard postage and packing is free for all UK orders.
We also offer the option to send your order by Royal Mail Special Delivery or a next day courier service at a cost of £3.50 including VAT for UK orders.
For in-stock items we aim to provide same day dispatch for all orders received before 2:00 pm on working days (Monday to Friday) for in-stock items. Royal Mail first class post provides next day delivery for over 90% of our UK orders. Royal Mail Special Delivery guarantees delivery by 1.00pm of the next working day to 99% of the UK.
Please allow extra days for delivery during periods of industrial action and just before Christmas.
International Delivery
We will ship your order free to most European countries. Your order will be delivered in 3 to 5 working days. If your order cannot be shipped as a small packet, then we will contact you before shipping.
